Take the Illinois 5 Essentials Survey!
The Illinois State Board of Education is offering teachers, parents, and students in schools across Illinois a unique opportunity to have a voice in identifying strengths and areas for improvement in the learning environment of our schools. As our partner in education, please let your voice be heard by taking the 5 Essentials Survey. The survey can be accessed at
In order for school level reports to be generated, a minimum of 20 percent of parents/guardians must complete the survey. Therefore, our goal at Chelsea is to have a minimum of 20 percent of our parents/guardians participate. We are hopeful that our participation will far exceed this number. When Chelsea reaches this goal of 20 percent, all Chelsea Tigers will earn 20 minutes of extra recess!
The survey will be available through January 16, 2017. Please take the Illinois 5 Essentials Survey. Your input is important to us!
