The Pegasus Series 1
"Pegasus the Greek myth, Emily the mortal, and Faden the Greek myth are trying to find the flame of Olympus while Olympus is being attacked by stone warriors called Nicads. Will they find the flame of Olympus in time? Or will Olympus fall? I think this book is awesome because it has a great description of characters and didn't need any pictures. It also has a lot of details about Greek mythology."

Reading: We will continue our author study on Patricia Polacco. During this unit we will compare the setting, theme, and relationships within her books! Outcome assessment on Friday, April 20th.

Words Their Way: We will be begin a new sort. WTW assessment on 4/27.

Invitation Reminder:  We never want to have a child feel left out or have their feelings hurt by not receiving an invitation to a party.  Even as adults, we know the emotional hurt from being excluded.  This is why we highly discourage the passing out of invitations at school. The only exception is if you are inviting the whole class and the invitations are distributed by your child’s teacher.   Invitations are never to be distributed by a student or parent.   Thank you for your cooperation.
