Notice of Proposed Property Tax Increase for Frankfort Community Consolidated School District Number 157C

I. A public hearing to approve a proposed property tax levy increase for Frankfort Community Consolidated School District Number 157C, Will County, Illinois for 2023 will be held on December 17, 2024 at 7:05 p.m. at the District Office, 10482 West Nebraska Street, Frankfort, Illinois. II. The corporate and special purpose property taxes extended or abated for 2023 were $38,069,401. The corporate and special purpose property taxes levied for 2024 are $39,973,000 not including debt services. This represents a 5.0% increase over the previous year.

III. There were no property taxes extended for debt services for 2023. There will be no property taxes levied for debt services for the 2024 levy.
