Welcome to STEM!

Welcome to STEM GP Families!  This is my fourth year teaching STEM and I am super excited to share all that I have planned with your students!  I have been teaching at Grand Prairie since 2004.  I've taught Kindergarten, Music, and Second Grade!  I have two daughters.  Kaitlyn is a sophomore at LWE and Kaylee is in 6th grade at Hickory Creek.  In my free time, I love to travel and do home improvement projects. 

 

This year students will be engaged in many hands-on activities in addition to working on computers/ipads. K, 1st and 2nd grades will spend time focusing on engineering and computer programs that teach coding.  1st and 2nd graders will also work on typing.
