E-LEARNING SCHEDULE

Fifth Grade E-Learning Schedule 2024-2025  

IAR AND ISA Students will be taking the Math IAR tests on 3/25, 3/26 and 3/27. Students will be taking the Illinois Science Assessment on 4/8, 4/9 and 4/10.  For both tests, Block 1 will begin testing at 10:30 and Block 2 will begin testing at 1:45.  Please make sure your student has headphones for testing days. 

HOMEWORK HELP Utilize the Homework Help section on my webpage to access Eureka workbook pages. 

CLASSLINK In the Downloads section, there are directions explaining how students can access their ClassLink launchpad from home.  In order for students to not have to reenter usernames and passwords, they will need to add an extension to their web browser.  If they do not add the extension, they will have to enter their login credentials as they normally would at home.  This information can also be found on the district website under "Student/Parent Technology Tutorials".

SCIENCE We will be using Mystery Science activities. We are learning about space. 

SOCIAL STUDIES We are learning about early America. 

ADVANCED MATH We are working on Module 5. 

The topics covered in this module include:

* Concepts of volume

* Volume and the operations of multiplication and addition

* Area of rectangular figures with fractional side lengths

* Drawing, analysis and classification of two-dimensional shapes
