SOCIAL WORK

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! My name is Hannah Michalczak, and I am so excited to be one of the social workers at Chelsea Intermediate School this year! I graduated from Lewis University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. Most recently, I obtained my Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification. Through my education and prior school social work experience, I have gained invaluable knowledge and insight that allows me to best support students academically, socially, and emotionally.
